First Ascent

Two people on a mountain summit

The First Ascent Program is designed to help older teens and young adults discover and articulate their unique strengths, abilities, and interests, especially as they relate to choosing a meaningful work or life pathway.

Throughout the program, you’ll work closely with a parent or trusted mentor. The program fosters a nurturing community that encourages growth and confidence, and that provides valuable support for participants and parents/mentors.

By the end of the program, you’ll identify work environments best aligned to your strengths that will help optimize your success, and you’ll create a targeted pathway for setting and achieving your goals.

When you’re finished, you’ll be ready to reach summits and achieve goals you may have not known existed. We can’t wait for you to join us!
