Module 8: Identifying Your Ideal Work Environment

We can consider work environments along three different aspects: the level of social interaction and communication required, the level of structure and routine, and the level of stimulation.

In the same way that gaining a better understanding of your strengths can help you begin to discern work pathways that are well-suited to your interests, identifying your preferences in these three key areas is essential to choosing a pathway aligned to your strengths and skills where you’re most likely to succeed.
